1. Platform Functionality
Dogmo provides a dashboard for dog groomers to manage bookings and clients, and a mobile app for dog owners to make bookings, manage their dog profiles, and receive notifications.
2. User Registration and Account Types
2.1 Registration
Users must provide their name and email address to create an account. Dog groomers are additionally required to provide their business location and opening times.
2.2 Account Types
Dogmo offers a basic plan for free and a paid plan for dog groomers, which includes unlimited bookings and additional features.
3. Booking Process
Bookings are made by selecting a dog groomer, providing pet details, and choosing an available slot. There are no platform-imposed restrictions on booking times or frequency.
4. Pricing and Payments
Pricing for grooming services is set by individual groomers. Dogmo does not process payments for grooming services.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation policies are determined by individual groomers. Dog owners can cancel bookings through the Dogmo platform.
6. Liability and Responsibilities
Dogmo does not assume responsibility or liability for any incidents or quality of service related to grooming.
7. Data Privacy and Sharing
Dogmo commits to secure data storage. User data is shared only under specific conditions, such as between dog owners and groomers upon booking confirmation.
8. User Conduct
While Dogmo does not currently set specific conduct guidelines, we encourage all users to interact respectfully and responsibly.
9. Service Availability and Termination Rights
Dogmo strives for high service uptime but reserves the right to modify or terminate services or user access at its discretion.
10. Intellectual Property
Content uploaded to Dogmo is owned by the platform, subject to our intellectual property policies.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Dogmo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Users will be notified of any changes via email.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
